Carnelian is one of those gemstones that comes in a range of colors -- not sure if I have a favorite; but this brick red is close to the top of the list for me. The light dances off the many facets of both the 18mm carnelian rounds and bigger than big Czech glass rondelles. A classic & timeless gemstone brought into a new century. Closes with a silver-plate signora clasp. 7 3/4" long with a one inch extender. Fits a bit smaller due to the size of the beads. While it's fairly simple, it sure doesn't lack on sophistication.
