Cape amethyst is a somewhat milky stone -- the color of soft clear amethyst with the mystery of white spirit-like webbing running through it. Beautiful, I think. These 1 1/4" flat coins mix with fire-polish faceted glass beads in purple velvet, clear glass "baroque" beads add nice contrast to the Czech glass ivory pearls and smaller bits of purple beads. The light dances off the twelve dangling bead "charms." Paired with the top-quality silver-plate Florentine-finish chain -- it's lovely. 52" with a large lobster clasp that will fasten through any link on the chain gives you option after option after option. You get the idea, right?  Please not made to be worn as a belt -- remember that rule?
