Here it is again – Russian jade – so pretty and so unusual. I bought these gemstone beads in Tucson quite some time back and they fell in the abyss called the studio. While cleaning the other day, I discovered the small bag that held these treasures. Oh – they just seem to call for a design that showcases them without getting lost. These simple cluster style earrings are what came from that thinking.
Dancing from a sterling silver 4mm saucer style post with a butterfly clutch, I just love how they look on the ear. The Russian jade beads are petite – about 3/8” long and the overall drop on these beauties is just about one inch from the bottom on the saucer to the tip of the longest bead. These beauties are very light which in my book means they are comfortable to wear...all day!
